If you have a hydroponic herb garden you have to grow dill. It grows extremely well. We were cutting down a lot of dill throughout the winter from our indoor garden. Bec tried a couple recipies but one that stuck out the best is her mother's dill potato recipe. Here it is.
- 4 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons of fresh dill
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- boil potatoes with skin on till just tender (poke with fork to test)
- allow potatoes to cool slightly and peel off skin with knife
- chop potato into bite size pieces
- melt butter and pour over potatoes
- add three chopped tablespoons of fresh dill
- salt and pepper to taste
